Online Ordering and Secure Transactions
We offer a full-featured shopping and ordering system for your convenience
and security. Our ShopSite software allows you
to browse through our products and "collect" the products you wish to purchase
in a virtual shopping basket. When you've completed your shopping, just
choose [View Cart] from any of the pages and you can view the products
you've selected, add or subtract them from your order, or edit the quantity
of each product. Once satisfied, click the button and enter your shipping
and payment information. The system will automatically calculate sales
tax (if your delivery address is within Wisconsin) and shipping and handling
charges (see the next section below).
All personal information is protected from prying eyes through data
encryption and secure-server technology. We will never use or distribute
your personal information in any way except to send you your order.
Shipping Charges
Packing and delivery rates within the Continental United States are based on the total cost of your order (excluding sales tax for orders to be delivered in Wisconsin). For standard delivery – generally within 10 business days – our charges are:

For orders $200 and over, our packing and delivery fees are approximately 9% of the total value of your order. Orders shipping to Alasak and Hawaii incur a surcharge of $6.95. NaturalPlay.com does not ship internationally.
Quick Delivery – generally within 3 - 5 business days – is available on most orders. This service is $6.95 additional for orders under $200; $10 additional for orders above $200.

Return Policy

Include a copy of your original invoice. All returned items must
be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Shipping charges
are not refundable. You must return the item within 30 days of your
receipt.
